We answer within 48 hours on weekdays (usually much faster).
It's harder to reach us by phone, as we usually either stand at the cutting table or have children scurrying around - but we're also excellent at answering e-mails in the evenings or in between. Therefore, contact via email is the easiest.
The best way to reach us is by phone on 0152/08706326 from Monday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to answer the phone, but the phone is always on during this time.
