Closing time

  1. We will close between December 18, 2025 and January 6, 2026.
  2. You can still place orders on December 18th until 6:30 AM . All orders received by then, and for which we have also received payment by then , will be shipped before closing time. For bank transfers, please be sure to send us proof of payment ; otherwise, we will not be able to process your order!
  3. We will process all orders received up to and including December 22nd and ship them before Christmas.
  4. You can still order after that, but shipping won't resume until January.
  5. Vouchers and sewing patterns are sent automatically when you pay with PayPal. If you pay by bank transfer, you may have to wait a few days, as we only process payments manually occasionally.
  6. We will still be answering emails on December 19, 2025, and then again in January. Please allow us an extra day, as experience has shown that things tend to get quite busy by then. We will answer every email. If you haven't received a reply by January 8, 2026, please empty your inbox, check your spam folder , and then write to us again. This means that something has unfortunately gone wrong with your email, either on its way to us or back to you. Sometimes our emails don't arrive, especially if your inboxes are full. This is particularly common if there's a PDF attachment that exceeds the file size limit. We also occasionally end up in spam folders. Therefore, if this happens frequently, it's best to add us to your contacts list.
