Closing time

  2. Until what time can I place my order so that the packages are shipped before closing time?

  1. We will close between July 7th and August 10th, 2025.
  2. You can place your order until midnight on July 6th . All orders received by then, and for which we also receive payment by midnight , will be shipped before closing time. For bank transfers, please be sure to send us proof of payment ; otherwise, we will be unable to process your order!
  3. We will process the remaining orders received up to and including July 9th and then ship them out.
  4. You can still order after that, but shipping won't resume until August.
  5. Vouchers and sewing patterns will be sent automatically if you pay with PayPal. If you pay by bank transfer, you will have to wait until August, as we are currently unable to manually process payments.
  6. We will still be answering emails on July 7, 2025 (2024) , and then again in August. Please allow us an extra day, as experience has shown that things tend to get quite busy by then. We answer every email. If you haven't received a reply by August 13, 2025, please empty your inbox, check your spam folder , and then write to us again. This means that something has unfortunately gone wrong with your email, either on its way to us or back to you. Especially due to full inboxes, our emails sometimes don't arrive. This is particularly true if a PDF attachment exceeds the file size limit. We also occasionally end up in spam folders. Therefore, if this happens frequently, it's best to add us to your contacts.
