Collection: Wool jacquards

Wool jacquards are knitted and stretchy fabrics with an embedded pattern. They have a clearly defined right and wrong side. The wrong side can often be used effectively for accents as well.

The fabric is somewhat firmer and more stable to the touch than "conventional wool jerseys." For example, it's well-suited for warmer sweaters, but also for garments that need a bit more structure, such as a blazer. That's why you also requested the jacquards in matching solid colors without a knitted pattern , but with the same feel. These are also listed in this category.

The jacquards with "melange" in their name are the fabrics with the most body. The jacquards without "melange" in their name are the softest, with slightly less body.

There are also a few jacquards made from a blend of wool and hemp. For clarity, these are also listed in this category.
