The pattern is essentially an open source project and was developed by a group of wool fans themselves. Therefore, we also donate all proceeds from this community project.
Ear flap hat - Simply warm winter ears
The Simply Warm Winter Ears pattern is an earflap hat, with optional ties. The ties are particularly suitable for babies and toddlers. The cut is graded from a head circumference of 35 cm to 64 cm and contains two differently sized ear flaps. If the hat is sewn without ties, the small ear flaps are more suitable.
The cut is specially adapted to the stretchability of wool fleece in combination with wool-silk or wool jersey. Sewing from other materials is not recommended unless similar stretchability is present.
The hat is sewn in two layers and can therefore also be turned. The combination of wool fleece with wool-silk or wool jersey makes it perfect for winter.

Thanks to the detailed and illustrated instructions, the pattern is also suitable for beginners. There is always active help in the Danish Pur Wool/Silk group on Facebook.

The pattern is a digital item that is available for download after receipt of payment by email and in the customer account. The pattern is available as an A4 layered file and as a projector-friendly A2 layered file.

The fabric consumption for 2 hat cuts (inner and outer hat) is in the:
• smallest size at 21 cm high and 66 cm wide (with ties)
• largest size at 29 cm high and 115 cm wide (without ties).
