Not only suitable for embroidery, but also as a base for appliqués (see also our appliqué instructions in the blog) or to stabilize when sewing, so that hems do not curl if you cannot (enough) regulate the sewing foot pressure on your machine.

Use the stabilizer from the wrong side as residue will remain in the seam.

It is 100% viscose, 90cm wide and sold by the metre. Viscose is completely biodegradable. For ecological reasons, we do not offer washable embroidery stabilizer.

"For curse-free sewing fun" - as a customer called it - especially with hems that suddenly become wavy or don't want to be as nice as they should be, the embroidery backing is great!
